Philemon has deep knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of the litigation and commercial dispute resolution procedures in Uganda and, as an accomplished litigator and advisor, he has represented and counselled various clients in connection with a wide range of litigation, mediation and arbitration matters across various industries.

This allows him to deliver exceptional contributions to the firm and provide tailored solutions and assistance to meet our clients’ needs effectively.

Philemon also advises various local and international entities on their compliance obligations with different government regulatory bodies. He has also assisted corporate clients in preparing and reviewing various policies.

He is also a civil and human rights advocate with a vast range of experience working with legal aid clinics and Non-Government Organizations offering legal and psychosocial support to marginalized communities during which he facilitated over 100 sensitizations in outreach activities in prisons and communities 

He has a strong academic background having been among the best performing students of the Law Development Centre’s the Bar course for the academic year 2022/2023.
