Daniha Tukamusiima, (LLB, PGDLP, LLM ).

Daniha Tukamusiima is a partner at Benon Basheka Associates. He makes sure that our clients’ concerns are handled with the highest urgency and diligence, thanks to his extraordinary abilities, broad network, and powerful connections inside numerous agencies and land registries. His experience is broad and includes land transactions, environmental issues, migration and refugee issues, and intellectual property (in which he has done a great deal of study). In addition, Daniha has a special grasp of East African Community Law, which he applies extensively to help EAC businesses and individuals in a successful manner. This extra dimension gives his legal practice a significant new angle.

Daniha’s professional history is characterized by a string of victories in multiple land transactions, in which his crucial contribution has allowed clients to safeguard their valuable land rights. These achievements include the painstaking registration of interests in multiple registries throughout Uganda, providing knowledgeable advice to foreign firms representing foreign investors, and carrying out extensive due diligence on potential land transactions.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Nkumba University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre and is currently pursuing a Master in Law at University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania under the Tanzania German Centre for Legal Studies (TGCL) having been granted a scholarship.
