About Founding & Managing Partner
Professor Basheka is the Founder and Managing Partner of BBA, established in 2024 with a vision to evolve into a regional leader in legal research and consultancy. Starting as a one-lawyer firm in Ntinda, Uganda, BBA is rapidly expanding, with aspirations to grow into a large-sized firm of over 30 dedicated lawyers serving clients across the nation and regionally.
BBA’s practice areas have been carefully crafted to meet the diverse legal needs of businesses and individuals in today’s dynamic corporate environment.
